It’s an easy concept and yet such a hard one to put into practice, even for me --- admitting when you are wrong. The key to building a strong human-to-human connection is being ok when you are wrong and knowing that when you give your client the opportunity to correct you, you get gold!

Admitting you are wrong or having the courage to reconfirm what you heard and not getting it 100% right gifts you! It gifts you more accurate information so that you can find the best solution, it gifts you trust with your client because they know intuitively that you won’t hide your feelings or what you have to say and it gifts you freedom in the conversation.

Being right all the time is hard work! AND, it’s impossible, AND often costs you the relationship and the client.
