I do ask a lot of questions!
Body language and how you show up in the interaction has an impact on your sales success. Your buyer will feel how connected and how interested you are in them, their goals, challenges and needs by how you sit, lean in and by your eye contact.
Being happy in sales or in any business, has more to do with the connection you have and the contribution you make than the product or service you are selling.
To be happy and fulfilled in sales, get more interested in your client. Get more interested in their background, their hopes and fears, their strategy, their challenges and be authentic --- when you don’t know something be honest.
