About Me
For 25 years, I abandoned myself in the name of love.
I people-pleased, overgave, ignored my intuition, and tolerated less than I deserved while building a life that looked successful on the outside but felt disconnected on the inside.
An 18-year marriage, a cancer diagnosis, and another relationship that mirrored the same patterns became my wake-up call.
At the age of 48, I chose myself.
Today I'm 50 and have retired the Good Girl for good, I've raised my standards, and I've became the most authentic, confident, powerful, unapologetic version of me.
That is what this work is built on.
