I don’t teach this from theory. I teach it because I lived it. For over 25 years, I repeated the same relationship pattern through an 18-year marriage, a cancer diagnosis, and another relationship that mirrored it.
There came a point when I had to make a life changing decision. I chose myself. I became a single mother. And I ended the cycle, not through therapy, but by becoming a new woman.
That’s what this work is built on.
